Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.
Digital Products
All courses sold through Driving Theory Test Coach are digital products delivered electronically through our online learning platform.
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to course materials.
Cancellation Rights
Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing digital content normally have a 14-day cancellation period.
However, by purchasing a course from Driving Theory Test Coach and accessing the course materials, you:
- Request immediate access to the digital content.
- Acknowledge that course delivery begins immediately after purchase.
- Understand that your statutory right to cancel is lost once access to the digital content has started.
This agreement is confirmed during the checkout process.
Refund Eligibility
As course access is granted immediately, refunds will generally not be provided once access has been granted.
However, we may consider a refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payments made in error.
- Technical issues that prevent access to the course and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.
- Accidental purchases reported immediately and before significant course access has occurred.
Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not normally be issued because:

- You did not complete the course.
- You no longer require the course.
- You failed your theory test.
- You purchased the wrong course after gaining access.
- You did not achieve the results you expected.
