1. About Us
Driving Theory Test Coach is operated by Learning Kerb Driving Tuition.

2. Course Access
Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the course materials through your online account.
Access is provided solely to the individual who purchased the course.
You must not:
Share your login details with others
Copy or distribute course materials
Upload course content to other websites or platforms
Resell any part of the course
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.
3. Theory Test Pro Access
Where included with your course, access to Theory Test Pro is provided free of charge as an additional learning resource.
Theory Test Pro access is provided for a maximum period of 3 months from the date your access is activated.
To ensure available licences are being used by active learners, we reserve the right to end your Theory Test Pro access if there has been no activity on your account for 14 consecutive days.
Ending your Theory Test Pro access due to inactivity does not affect your access to your Driving Theory Test Coach course or other course materials.
Theory Test Pro is a third-party service. While we will make reasonable efforts to provide access where it is included with your course, we cannot guarantee the continuous availability or functionality of the Theory Test Pro platform.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment providers.
Course access will only be granted once payment has been successfully received.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
As this course contains digital content delivered immediately after purchase, you agree that:
Access to the course will begin immediately after purchase
You request immediate access to the digital content
You understand that your statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once access has started
Refund requests may be considered at our discretion where technical issues prevent access and cannot be resolved.
6. Course Content
Course materials are provided for educational purposes only.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Driving Theory Test Coach does not guarantee that completion of the course will result in a pass in any theory or practical driving test.
7. Intellectual Property
All videos, documents, downloads, quizzes, graphics and materials remain the intellectual property of Driving Theory Test Coach.
No part of the course may be reproduced, copied, distributed or resold without written permission.
8. Website Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee continuous availability of the website or course platform.
We may update, modify or remove content at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driving Theory Test Coach shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or course.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided under UK consumer law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
